GENERAL T.O.S.• I retain intellectual property rights over all my art and will add it to my portfolio, artbooks, social media and applicable to my discretion. You can ask me to hold your piece for up to a month, though. In case it's OC work, I will always credit you for the character.• Don't claim to be the original artist of any piece I made.• You can repost your commission to social media! But please credit me as cheergirlriko/picoreki from twitter when you do.• My art is for personal use only by default. Don't sell/profit/commercially distribute my art. You can inquire about commercial use.• When purchasing a commission, you are buying a digital file only. PAYMENT• Payment through ko-fi/paypal.• Pay upfront a minimum of 50% before I start your commission. After the sketch is approved, pay the remaining 50%.• Extra fees may apply depend on complexity of commission. I'll provide you a fixed final quote before starting the commission.• No refunds after the sketch has been approved.

| 3. Once the full terms of the commission is discussed, I will accept payment through paypal/ko-fi. |
| 5. After payment, I'll provide a monochrome sketch and a color key. You can request changes during this stage. |
| 6. I will contact you throughout the process regarding your commission! You're always welcome to contact me first. Process can be from one week to a month. |
| 7. Once I'm done with your commission, I will send the files to you through email. |
